The Clarkes are skilled and talented custom house builders. They built their own house which is stunning! It has spacious, light-filled rooms, vaulted ceilings and a number of strategically-placed windows that overlooked beautifully designed landscaping, in-ground swimming pool and a calming water falls.

But their family was getting smaller. So they decided to take on the challenge of building a house better-suited to the size of their family. So they decided to sell their current house.

The Clarkes knew and understood the benefits of properly preparing their house before the sold sign went on the lawn ... but they were hesitant. Their Agent, Mark Kirton, called us and asked if we would have a look at the house and suggest ways to enhance it.

We met the Clarkes and recommended ways we could stage their house so the fine details, impressive architectural features and functional layout would be accentuated.

The Clarkes gave us free rein. Every once in a while, they'd pop in to see how things were going and we'd explain why we did the things we did.

They were happy with the results and even happier when it sold in the first week to the first couple that looked at it. AND it sold for the price they wanted!

The Clarkes were ecstatic that they could quickly move on with their lives are now living in another one of their beautifully designed homes.

Both the Homeowners and the Agent agreed that Staging was a positive contributing factor to a quick and profitable sale.
